On January 7th, 2005 Equinox was asked,

What can you tell us about the “Little Floresians”, the little people who’s remains were found in Indonesia?  Were they intelligent?  Did they make the stone tools that were found with them?  Were they descendent from Homo Erectus or Homo Sapiens or something else?

EQ:  They were descended from Homo Sapiens.  Yes they created the tools.  They did not survive long.

    No?

EQ:  No.  They survived very short periods in thy history.  They were inadequate for an adaptation upon Terra.  They are really not very relevant species.

Just a little off-shoot.  Why didn’t they go anywhere?  What was the adaptation problem?

EQ:  They did not adapt intellectually.  Where they were was an easy environment.  Dost thou understand?  What creates adaptations on Terra is stress.  We have said that before.  Is that not so, that beings on Terra learn through pain?  That they choose to do this?  If an environment is stress free and easy, what happens to entities on Terra?

    They get lazy.

EQ:  Exactly.  And this is what happened.  And they die out.  They don’t have the desire to explore and investigate.  And when entities don’t explore and investigate, they interbreed.  And when they interbreed what happens?

    Weird things.

    Intelligence goes down.

They join the British royal family?

EQ:  Exactly.  All the royal families.

Wasn’t there is somebody who had taken the remains and hidden them somewhere so that nobody could study them?

Yes.  An anthropologist in Indonesia had hidden the remains, as I understand it.

    Why?

EQ:  It is a very sad thing to think that thee are descended from entities that were pretty - nothing.  Is this not so?  Additionally, does this fit with their religion?

    It might not.

EQ:  It does not.  So, superstition often gets in the way of science.  Does it not?  Hasn’t it historically?

    And politics.
